Including liaison with funders, drawing up proposals, complex financial modelling, procurement and operational plans, community & stakeholder engagement.

2022 – 2023 Sales shared ownership sites, full customer journey from viewings, securing reservations to sales completion.
2019- current Support for Community Led Housing North of England projects.
2021 – 2022 Guiding multi disciplinary internal and external team on a c£70m regeneration scheme to RIBA stage 3 and the first phase of 160 units of National Whole House Retrofit Demonstrator project to contract signing.
2020 Market assessment, stakeholder engagement and feasibility work for DevCo delivery options for a Local Authority program. The range of sites appraised included several complex brownfield with multiple sensitivities around conservation and heritage, with considerations of planning the phasing balance of risk.
2019 Masterplanning, stakeholder consultation, financial modelling and funding applications for a c£60m regeneration scheme and pipeline of sites on a 1500 home estate up until planning submission.
2016-2021 Developing bespoke development procedures, scheme evaluations and robust approval systems from concept through to realisation and cashflow management.
2016-2021 Providing mentoring and support for a variety of senior leaders and graduate trainees, from within housing and non-housing sectors.
2017-2021 Data cleansing appraisal systems including SDS Provals, auditing on a scheme-by-scheme basis, governance approvals and IMS submissions.
