Whilst at Bury Local Authority Mike was CFO with executive lead for housing, Vicky led on the development of the Strategic Outline Case for housing development in Bury during 2019-2021, set up and managed the investment modelling team, engaged and liaised with cabinet, execs, councillors, external advisors, Homes England and other stakeholders. Managed delivery of the 2020 Housing Needs and Demand Study, development pipeline and developed early work on the Borough Housing Strategy.

Appointed Three bricks Ltd to conduct an Options Review of older persons schemes for Regenda Group
“Vicky undertook an important piece of work for Regenda in 2020 in reviewing options for a number of older persons schemes in our existing stock. She very effectively made relationships with members of different teams across the Group to pull information together.
